E-4, United States Air Force, Holloman AFB, New Mexico.<\/strong>&nbsp;Senior Airman is accused of the possession and use and limited distribution of several illegal Schedule I Controlled Substances, to include marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy and DMT. Fifteen other Airmen are implicated of the possession and use of these illegal substances to include others as well.&nbsp; Senior Airman retains Mr. Gapasin to take his case to trial in order to avoid a Federal Conviction for drug use, which could seriously affect any employment following his Air Force career.&nbsp; Gapasin pushes forward in this case with over 6000 pages of discovery and 15 co-defendants.&nbsp; Many of the Airmen take guilty pleas at the advice of their ADCs, others proceed to trial and are found guilty.&nbsp; Client&#8217;s case was moved to&nbsp;a later date&nbsp;by the Government so it could maximize the use of immunized&nbsp;witnesses whose trials have already been resolved or where they received a finding of guilty.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Gapasin presses forward despite the several&nbsp;convictions against previously tried co-defendants.&nbsp; Just two duty days before trial, certain witnesses receive immunity&nbsp;and Gapasin interviews&nbsp;the witnesses&nbsp;revealing clear problems with the credibility of the&nbsp;Government&#8217;s \u201csnitches.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;Gapasin continues to press to trial.
